Colorado has proposed a bill known as The Colorado Safe Personal Care Products Act, it was introduced by the Colorado Women’s Lobby under the Campaign For Safe Cosmetics. If passed, Colorado will place a ban on all personal care products that contain carcinogens or reproductive toxins, placing $5,000 to $10,000 fines on any manufacturer that violates this ban.
